Questions

Good to know.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We ride in most weather. If high winds or a storm warning close the hill, we text everyone booked that morning and you can move your date or take a full refund.

Can I bring my own bike?

Yes. It needs to be in safe working order, with good brakes and tyres. Our workshop can help with small fixes on the day.

How many runs will I get?

Most riders manage ten to fourteen runs on a full day. Vans leave every 15 minutes and the drive to the top takes about eight.

Do under-18s need an adult?

Yes. Riders under 18 need a parent, guardian or authorised group leader on site, and a declaration signed by them.

Is there anything for non-riders?

The café veranda looks straight at the final jumps on Taran, and there’s a short walking path to the viewpoint.
